Vice President Xu Jian meets with a Delegation from Russian Foreign Ministry

On May 19, Russian Foreign Ministry Delegation, led by Mr. Ilya Rogachev, Director-General of Department for New Challenges and Threats of Russian MFA, visited CIIS. Vice President Xu Jian, together with other Chinese scholars, met with the delegation. Vice President Xu gave the welcome remarks and Mr. Ilya Rogachev delivered the speech on status quo of global counter-terrorism respectively.

Over 30 scholars from the Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, Chinese Academy of Social Science, China Institute of Contemporary International Relations, Capital University of Economic and Business and CIIS attended the event.
